Training sessions (Browns Team pupils AND private swimmers) for Capital K 2018 and Midmar Mile will be starting on Saturday 6th October - 9am to 12pm and every Saturday thereafter- at the Browns Pool!.

Training for private swimmers continue on Tuesday 9th and Thursday 11th October - 4 to 6pm and every week thereafter. Please don't just pitch up.... you may be disappointed! Always check our WhatsApp group for last-minute time changes or send me a message. Calls can only be answered after 2pm.

Capital K will fall on the weekend of the 2nd December 2018. We depart to our campsite on Friday 30th November and return on Sunday 2nd December. Ask me about a monthly payment plan.... by the time the swim and camping comes up, all your monies would be paid up!
